Short Biography
Md. Waliullah joined at the Asian Centre for Inclusive Education (ACIE), Bangladesh as an Assistant Coordinator in October 2020. He has been promoted as Associate Coordinator at the same organization. He completed graduation and post-graduation from The Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka. He has experience in the areas of Research/Program Designing, Tools Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Report writing, Manual Development, Training Coordination, Content development, Teaching Methods and Techniques and Assessment. He is also working in the field of Educational Change, Literacy, Pedagogy, Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Education, Gender Education and overall Social Inclusion and Equity and Inclusion in Education. Waliullah worked in various research and social projects with national and international organizations. He was the focal person of the 6th International Conference on Equity and Inclusion in Education, 19-21 May 2022 https://aciebd.org/6th-international-conference-2022/. He was in the leadership position of a youth led organization named Access Alumni Society of Bangladesh under US Embassy Dhaka. Waliullah firmly believes that experiential learning is the key to adapting to any environment and situation. So he would like to enrich experiences and build up his career in a well-known organization through using his creativity, efficiency, proficiency and hard work.

Asian Centre for Inclusive Education (ACIE), Bangladesh has been organizing International Conference on Equity and Inclusion in Education as a part of regular regional and international network collaboration activities. From year establishment ACIE has organized International Conference on Inclusive Education for five times, three in Bangladesh and two in India.
The 6th conference was chaired by Professor Dr. Umesh Sharma, Associate Dean, Faculty of Education, Monash University, Australia and the Member Secretary of the Conference was Professor Dr. M. Tariq Ahsan, IER, University of Dhaka. In the current conference, presentations had been made in blended mode and around 75 presentations from 15 countries shared internationally. |
